What personal information we collect and why

Our website only collects personal data that users voluntarily enter in the registration form of a new company. Personal data are used exclusively for the purpose for which they were issued, ie for the preparation of documentation and its submission to the competent state authorities for the purpose of registration of a new company.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site, you can decide to save your name, email address and website in a cookie. This is for your convenience so you don’t have to re-fill in your details when you want to post another comment. These cookies last for a year.

If you visit our login page, we will set up a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. That cookie does not contain personal information and will be discarded when you close your browser.

When logging in, we set up several cookies to save your login information and screen selection (page). Login cookies last 2 days, and display options cookies last 1 year. If you select the “Remember Me” option, your login will take two weeks. If you log out of your account, the cookie logs are removed.

If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. That cookie does not include personal information and simply indicates the ID of the article you have edited. The cookie expires after 1 day.

When you open our site, the pll_language cookie keeps the code in the last language page to be searched in order to display our page in the appropriate language (Macedonian or English).

The personal data entered in the company registration form are stored and the process of company registration is not completed and in the file of the registration agent in accordance with the legal regulations in the Republic of Macedonia.

If you have a user account on this site or have left a comment or you have filled out a Registration Form for a new company, you can request a file with the personal data we have about you, including all the data you have provided to us. You can also request the deletion of your personal data. This does not include data that we are required to store for administrative, legal or security reasons.
